Our Mission
"12 Days of Christmas" gives 12 girls ages 11–17 the opportunity to experience their dream careers through one-day job shadowing and hands-on learning with accomplished women in their chosen fields. We believe dreams become goals when young women are given the opportunity, guidance, and support to pursue them.
Each participant's experience is documented and featured in a mini-series, celebrating her journey and inspiring others. The program concludes with a Present & Pamper Party, where participants enjoy music, food, gifts, professional hair and makeup services, manicures, and career-ready headshots. This memorable celebration equips each girl with the confidence and tools to take the next step toward her future.

Our founder is visiting the cities where she's held "12 Days of Christmas!" We've partnered with various Raising Cane's locations to host fundraisers. During a certain day and timeframe, order from the specific location and mention "lilD's 12 Days of Christmas" and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to this year's "12 Days of Christmas." Check the images for specific cities, dates, and locations.

Many of our alumni have gone on to graduate from college and begin careers in the very fields they explored through the program -proof that one meaningful opportunity can change the course of a young person's future.

If you weren't selected last year, don't be discouraged. Every application is carefully considered, and not being chosen doesn't reflect your talent or potential. Sometimes we're unable to film in certain locations, or we receive multiple applications for the same career field, making the selection process especially difficult.
I hope you'll apply again this year! Submissions open October 1, 2026. Until then, keep learning, growing, and working toward your dreams. Your goals are within reach, and every step you take brings you closer to them. Keep believing in yourself, keep chasing your dreams, and never give up.
